DeltaV Controlling a PLC
In my current project the current HMI is being removed and all control will be done via DeltaV this has been largely implemented.

Hi All,

The question I have is that I would like to use Deltav batch to control the phases on the PLC. Where the actual control of each phase is still performed by the PLC, but deltav will load the parameters required for the phase, send the start signal, wait for the end of the phase, then transition on to the next phase. this way I will have control over recipes, parameters, user access control all via deltav. has anyone any experience in implementing this type of scenario? any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Thx
