The problem we are facing is: when there is a transfer of vegetable oil the Endress Hauser Coriolis Flow meter total reading and what has been sent out are not the same when we compare.
When vegetable is sent to the filling room for packaging using Endress Hauser Coriolis Flow meter the reading after the transfer and what has been sent after dips are taken or when the filling room packs that oil directly then they calculate what they have packed is not the same with what was sent to them. Could this be because of an operational error or error with the flow meter?
The Coriolis meter measures the mass flow check. how the density correction is applied and for what temperature.
Depending on the vegetable oil, you can have build uptaking place, that will become apparent when you carryout you Class A cleanouts.
