we have GT13E2 182 MW. At First fire when GT reach 2700 RPM vibration start on bearing No. 1 exhaust side reach 17 on FSNL and trip the unit.
we recheck the rotor position and we found reading with tolerance.
please advise and if any friend have good explanation for GT13E2.
Please check your vibration probe loop. On which particular vibration it is tripping? Usually they don't configure trips on radial vibration in the bearings. Can you confirm which one is this one? Sometimes, the extension cable between probe and the proximitor can get burnt or damaged due to exhaust temperature exposure resulting in high/erratic vibrations.
