Rosemount TankMaster WinOpi Software Problem

I am working in a Oil and Gas refinery. We have Rosemount Radar Tank gauging (RTG) system for our storage tanks. One of these RTG is unable to show level and temperature in WinOpi (Operator Interface software) like the gauge is turned off. whereas the gauge is turned on, working fine and is able to communicate, showing "Tank Scan" and other configuration parameters in WinSetup (Configuration software). I think the mentioned tank values are not transferring from WinSetup to WinOpi, and hence the RTG on that tank seems to be faulty.

I want to know how to rectify this problem. Is this the problem in software so I have to re-install it? Or the problem is in the RTG?
