I have 4 thermocouples that I need to display temperatures from on the shop floor. At the same time I want to log these readings at least once a minute indefinitely, for display on a PC. Anyone know a relatively inexpensive way to do this without PLC cards, full blown HMI, or other overkill? Thanks!
