Communication lost between HMI and PLC

I have encountered a problem with losing communication between a 6180 Allen-Bradley computer and a SLC 5/04 PLC. For some reason after a two or three hour period I will lose communication. The reading that was being transmitted from the PLC to the HMI is being lost.

I have a problem with a wonderware application. I am running Intouch 7.0 on NT. I am running Control Microsystems OPC Server to communicate with 8 RTUs via VHF radio. My problem is that in the last few days the wonderware will not show "real time" information and my OPC server says it has a 100% fail rate on communication...

We lost the program on one of our CP5431 cp's a few days ago. The backups we have of the L2 network are rather suspicious. When we try to download the program to that CP, Sinec NCM gives us the message saying "Your network is not fully consistent! Do you want to continue?" ...

The stator winding temperatures of 210 MW generator are measured by using the RTDs. These RTD carry odd harmonics when the set is synchronised with the grid or the set starts its generation. The DCS having the analogue input module doesn't convert this signal because of odd harmonics present in the signal. Is there any solution for this?
