15 MW Generator in Island Mode Trips on Dead Machine Protection

15 MW STG tripped due to Dead Machine Protection two times while running in island condition. Over current alarm also appeared in Generator Brkr in both the occurrence indicating some problem in the down stream connecting loads. We have checked the SOEs and all other alarms logs but nothing can be concluded on the source of the fault.

Please offer your views on the possible causes.
