Good morning to all ... there was a company who replaced the PIC module with a cable for 232 to dh485 communications.. Looking in most places I have come up empty handed.. can someone refresh my memory as to who makes this?? Thx in advance

What I use to replace a "PIC" is an pmc4 cable from
AB. This cable is for the pcmk card. This cable allows 485 by an RJ45 conn. Read the pcmk manual to see if the cable number is correct. We had problems with usb to "Whatever" converters.Since we got this cable no more problems.

Thx to all... there was a company who embedded the pic part of the solution into the cable end... but guess it's lost - stuck with an external box:)).

I've seen an outfit called plc-support.com selling one piece cable replacements for the pic on ebay. Maybe that's what you are looking for. Good Luck!
