I have followed all the configuration protocols to the letter for this thing. It will see the UIC as station 00. It will not see the Micro 1200 attached to it. Why??? I've tried assigning different node addresses, as well as dealt with the com portal deal. So far all I can get is the UIC. I'm running XP Pro, I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

 

I'hav had the same problema and i needed to change the operating system to windows 20000

 

Hi, probably you did it before, but have you verified if the com port showed in Windows Hardware devices for the UIC is the same that the one configured in RS-Linx?
