Has anyone used a Controllogix with the 1756-DHRIO card interfaced to existing 1771 RIO, specifically with a 1771-DB basic module in one of the RIO racks ?

I am concerned ther may be timing issues with the 1771-DB when the basic program is large

Dear Ian,

I m currently working on a project where I have replaced old PLC3 processor with new CLX system and have used 1756-DHRIO modules to interface with existing 1771 RIO Racks. my first site was tested and certified OK for the same. However I have not heard of 1771-DB module.

Should my experince (minus 1771-DB) be of any help, let me know specific questions to reply better.
