Need a user loadable for Quantum 424 to talk to PICS!

I have one for the 984 but it is one that an engineer made and it works great but not for the Quantum. Has anybody got one for the Quantum 424 PLC or has the code so I can write it?

In the software programming package Concept, one has the XXMIT function
block that makes the RS232 Modbus comm port a master.
Unlike the older 984s where a loadable was required.

There are different revisions of the 1X3X loadable that can be aquired from Schneider Technical Support 800-468-5342 although the loadable is unsupported.
