24V into a C1D2 Hazardous Area

I need to connect a sensor that requires approximately 30mA @ 24V in an Hazardous area. The sensor is a Hall Effect Quadrature sensor to measure line payout. We are trying to upgrade from a Dual Namur prox sensor system. The old Proxes ran over a P&F Digital Input Barrier. The lew sensors have 24V power, and 2 pulse channels. Our gear is modular and rented, so I cannot simply run a conduit and call it good.

Does anyone know if I need a barrier for a straight 24V line. I would assume I do, especially since I would like to have a connection point nearby. If this is the case, has anyone seen a barrier for a 24V (~30 mA Max.) supply into a C1D2 area.

The sensor is rated C1D1, with the exception of the marine grade cable it has connected to it. I am not concerned about it's rating so much as how I can keep the system IS rated, while it is modular. I would base my certifications on a standard cable length of 75' in order to remove any questions regarding cable capacitance, etc.

Anyone have any ideas?
