No.

The former high end and low end PanelView products will be generally merged into the new PanelView Plus product line going forward, but the two product lines have shared nothing but a marketing name until now. I don't believe that anyone could have complained louder about this than I have over the last ten years.

Having put that on the record, I'll note that PB32 is so much easier to use than PDS that manual conversion is usually not that big a job.
