Need to know, is there any make of 3 way mixing valve to suit 500 mm line size?

I require the same for a chilled water application.

Your description is a bit unclear. Are you mixing two different supplies or is it a bypass around a heat exchanger?

Often the control valve is one or two line sizes smaller. Two butterfly valves might be a more cost effective solution provided the pressure drop is not too high.
