480VAC 3PH Y to power switching DC supply

I want to power a DC switching Power supply with 1 leg of 480VAC. The DC power supply can take an input power of 110VAC-375VAC. Can I just take L1 and the Neutral of the 480V to power this device? Assuming proper fusing.

Yes,

if your 480 has a neutral and if it's symmetrical, it will be 277 from any one hot to the neutral. If so, it's perfectly OK to use one hot and a neutral with overcurrent protection in the hot only. A lot of fluorescent lighting in high rises is 277.
