Dear all,
We ve faced a problem in the anti surge valve in an HP compressor driven by GE ms5002 c under MARK VIe OS with TMR controllers , the thing is that when tating the valve using FLUKE it works well and the MARK VIe gets feed back however DCS doesn't. We aimed for a reboot. After shutting down the turbine we rebooted The system . Unfortunately, this had made things worse since the communication with displayed measures of the turbine is lost we get #### instead of digits. Also when trying to ping the controllers ,: T and S ping , and R doesn'tMoreover a the boot led in the controller blinks indicating an error.
Any help will be appreciated

 

I understand that the controllers are not turning up once you reboot. What type of controllers are they? UCSB/UCSA? and what is the version of control ST you are using. Try to flash the memory and check

 

Exactly, it's what has been done. A whole new flash not from S or T contolers since it wont work
