Hello Everyone, My PLC got this fault when it was running about several years, PLC Abb AC900F, the fault is "CPU Fault 30000F89 at 0x0022EC44". Someone help me to find out the reason of this fault. Thanks you so much

Our version is CBF 2016 SP1, and we update before download program. After fault, we reset CPU and it still running normal, and thank you, when plant stop, I will flash firmware again. Thank you so much
