64 Bit RTU with Redundant Protocol IEC 104 and IEC 101

Can anyone advice on availability of 64bit RTU with fully redundant processors & power supplies for Electrical Scada application? Protocol IEC 104 and IEC 101.

Detail the basic need of 64 bit processors provided. Connected to multiple control centers. GI can receive from any one master simultaneously and RTU to report exceptional reporting. DBs can be different.
