Dear expert,
I am trying to install 800xA 6.01 client in new install win10 x64 bit pc by setup.exe from installation media .I have given Service user and password and other required settings, it completed the system initial installation but stack in core product installation dialog for 3 hours. A dynamic progress bar moving always. What i have to do next?

I advise you to Look on the following screenshot it contains reference document for that purpose that you looking for( middle of the document) as tehre are many manuals related to this ABB product :

 

I did not understand about your answer .Are trying to tell me the hardware compliance.Yes this pc is old one which was running before. Because of slowness we are trying to reinstall.

There is no clear doc to install a base software in client node.
You may share once which is your experience related.

I was just tryin to redirect you on OEM manual for better support..
Then you sayin taht no manual are describing how to achieve such task...

So cannot add more at the moment..let see if anybody here can support..as My experience with ABB is limited...
