A classic main menu in WinCC runtime

I need to insert the classical window menu (with 'File', 'Edit'...) in a picture in WinCC.

So far I've been looking for an ActiveX control like Microsoft Toolbar, but I've not found anything. I've tried to include some menu controls from http://www.vbaccelerator.com, but they seems to be useless in WinCC (gave me errors when I place them in a picture in Graphic Designer).

If someone could give me an idea, I'll appreciate it a lot.
