is there any way to disable "Disable selected" from alarm context menu?

 

You can modify the permissions for the alarm list that you are using.

Under Aspect System Structure, go to Alarm and Events, Aspect System – Alarm and Event List, Aspect Type – Alarm and Event List, Aspect Category, then choose Aspect Category Definition from the aspects list. Click on the Permissions tab. There you will see various operations, including EnableDisable. It is most likely set to Operate or Operate Configure. Click on it to highlight it and then, from the drop-down menu, choose Tune (or Configure). Then only users with roles set for Tune (or Configure) will be able to enable / disable alarms.
