I have a PLC AC 800m with control builder 5.0.1. i have added a new CI801 in the control builder and downloaded it to the PLC. after i open other CPU from control builder and go back again, the CI801 disappear. and you can go online as if someone deleted that node from control builder and downloaded to CPU. what could be the possible reason?

If this is for CBM Professional (with 800xA), are you using Enviroments (Engineering -> Production) or LEG (Load-Evaluate-Go) or any other options?

Otherwise looks like a serious error in the project consistency - did you check the Session Log File already?

I am facing problem in Control builder M professional.
Search function not functioning during Online mode. In offline its working good but in Online mode not serching.
I selected option for online search as per documents but still facing same problem.
