ABB inverter ACS 580-04..It is not run remote mode after a sudden overload. I RESETED BUT THE INVERTER NOT START.What is the procedure to overcome?

 

Would you tell us what fault code /alarm have been annunciated during this event...Are you talking about IGBT overload...

We do not know about the fault code ....it can be IGBT overload or over ULC (User Load curve ) trip...

 

You may also have a look if AUTORESTART is enable or not

 

Did you get an emergency stop (off/1/2/ or 3)??

 

You may not done the fault selection reset properly

Emergency stop is set as OFF1.

 

I cleared the fault but fault indicator relay shows alarm on a cabinet.there is no active fault shows. What is the reason ?
