We have eror codes on our ABB Procontic t200,07 ZE. Codes 22 and 23. Can't seem to find what these codes are and our equipment is down. Can you help????

ErrorCode 22 and 23 in HEX tell you that the CPU has an error in checksum. flag M124.09 is activated. Gate array error 22 and Not defined instruction code 23.
