PC Ethernet Adapter:
IP: 192.168.0.200
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0

CMU02 Card Default IP Jumper: 1-2
Connected using ethernet cable on E1

When I ping 192.168.0.1 I get the unreachable but 4 sent packets and 4 received packets. 0% loss.

I get this screen. I want to Download the active configuration.

 

I know absolutely nothing about the ABB RTU560, but given your screenshot, I have to ask the obvious question.

Have you tried accessing the device by typing http://192.168.01 into your web browser (note the http instead of https)?
