ABB- TZIDC Positioner

Hi, I'm having ABB TZIDC Positioner for double acting control vale. So we wanted to open that Valve only 0-90%. So from Positioner configuration 3.1 which is maximum Operating Range I have set it to 90%. But issue found was valve travel is actually working from 0-75%. But on Positioner it is showing 0-100%. Can anyone please help me with it?
