Hi ,

Client has a ABB MJFA9901, Flowmeter display unit.
We were terminating such device for its current analog output and Pulse Output.
After termination, Display unit wont light anymore.
Note that such termination weren't terminated in to PLC yet. (cables are just hanging)

As per manual, power is supposed to be turned off before opening the cover, in which we failed to follow.

Any inputs on how to trouble this?
There are no burnt marks on the boards, although it does heat up.

No, I can't help on ABB's, but I do know that those tapered rectangularish Siemens electronic flow transmitters with the sloped indicator will die if removed from its wiring junction box (which it sits on top of) when it is powered and running. It says so in the manual. I had to buy a replacement after the removal under power killed a working unit.
