If the generator has a fixed power output and the motor is working in reverse of the generator, does the motor have a fixed input?

 

I don't know of many generators with fixed power output. Usually they have a maximum power output as a motor would have a maximum power input. You don't always use the device to its maximum limits.

 

Theoritically thats how generators (fixed output) and motor (fixed input).... but thats not alwasys the case while generator is subjected to different load condition on grid and similar apply to motor... power input may vary per the load condition...
