Adding an analog input to the VersaPro 2.02 seeries 90-30 GE Fanuc PLC

I would like to know how to configure in VersaPRO 2.02, how to address with the 4 or 16 input analog input module (terminal addressing with software). Also how to scale in the VersaPRO 2.02.
