AIM 4000, problem with the program

Hi,

I have a problem, I have a AIM 4000 system and I don't obtain to program it, I don't know what happens, later that I make the connection on the computer with drive, I don't obtain to edit and nor to write anything, only appraises white squares!! If you'll be able to help me, i'll gratefull!! Thanks!!
