I am using RS-View Machine Edition. Please tell me How to configure alarm history page. I am not able to see alarm history when application Restarts.

 

Are you using RS-View Machine Edition on a windows CE based platform (eg. PanelView+, VersaView CE or 6182 PC) or are you using it on on Windows 2000 based platform? (eg. desktop PC) RS-View Machine Edition Runtime has a start-up screen that contains options such as "delete log files on startup", "path for runtime files", etc... You should uncheck the "delete log files on startup" box or all files including alarm history will be deleted on project startup. Your problem may also reside in the way you have set your project up to run and on which platform it is running under, would need some more info though to be sure. However firstly check up on the options settings i have stated above as it is the most likely cause of the problem
