DEAR ALL,

I want to take data from MAX DNA DCs (Metso) to my Matrikon Alarm Manager trough TCP/IP. The Generic text printer setup was done in MAXDNA DCS and test page is getting & logged in Matrikon Alarm Manager. I want to know the setting for automatically routing the alarms to my configured TCP/IP printer in MAXDNA DCS. In MAX DNA DCS its showing LPT02 (Parallel port) printer only.
