My computer is running Windows 2000. I have Allen Bradley Rslogix 500, Revision 4.10.01. Using Rlinx Lite Revision 2.20.01. Com cable is a 1746 PIC. I do not have a driver for this com cable using this version of Rlinx. Dose anyone know of a solution for my problem? Please Help.

 

I don't think the versions of Linx that were released shortly after Win 2k had the PIC driver included because of some weird thing that MS had done with the com port API. RS got it straitened out and later versions of Linx have it, I know v2.42.00 has it, and I think the ones at about 2.31 did as well. Get the latest version of Linx for free at http://www.ab.com.
