i have network DH+ and plc5 allen bradley
i want to access the dh+ from eathernet network
how ican do that? how i setup OPC sever by using RSlinx?

 

There would me many ways to do this.

I would suggest using a ControlLogix rack with an ENET card and a DHRIO card.

You would need either Rslinx OEM/PRO/GATEWAY to have the OPC Server feature.

Once connected, you can use Rslinx to browse to the PLC 5 CPU and configure a OPC topic.

There is no 'pass-thru' functionality between Ethernet and DH+... you have to access the DH+ directly. There are Ethernet to DH+ protocol/media converters you can use.
