I need 0-200mv or approx analog input modules with Plc, transistor output modules, ladder logic and HMI software, for simulation of ronan X87 i/o display. Which system is available in cheap prices? I check allen bradley but only 100 mv range is available. Any suggestions?

 

Use a couple resistor to make a voltage divider and use 'half' of the available 0-200mV signal on a 0-100mV analog input.

Then you can use the most conveniently available PLC, I/O etc. If the voltage divider loads the circuit, use a scaling factor to compensate.

It's 'just' a simulator, right?

 

Yes, right, I think divider used with voltage follower circuit will work linearly.
