Analog Surge Arrestor

I worked for a medium sized system integrator in Atlanta and we made or own 2 & 4 wire analog surge arrestors. One DIN rail mountable covered: 4-20mA and 1-5vdc for use with a 2 or 4 wire transmitter. The device had terminations for loop powering with 24vdc. Well anyway I am no longer with that company and I am looking for something that can do the same. A name brand or supplier would be of great help.
