May I have your instruction to solve this case? as per the fault code, we are not able to command the actuator remotely, but it's OK for Local. we checked with the AUMA CDT 2020 program and found that the I/O interface is not available "0" actually should be "1"

Can you rovide reference number of the AUMA Model actuator

Seems that as per OEM manual that configuration need to be reviewed

Is there a way to reload actuator data from AUMA CDT 2020

Also what kind of remote command/signal is a DCS /SCADA?
