ThermoScientific's AutoConfig SW will not show the Com1 & Com3 select option under the communication parameter window. When creating a new connection record using the local connection RS-232 port for my Auto Pilot Pro the SW will only show "offline" and "TCP/IP" comm options and will not include the Com1 & Com3 options like the SW manual says it will. I see no reason why it should not provide the Com1 & Com3 options. Any thoughts?
