I have been told that a barcode scanner can be directly connected to a Quickpanel (Proface) touchscreen. Does anyone have experience with this? How does one retrieve the barcode via the serial port? Do you use the ascii protocol, if so how does this work without header characters? Or is there some D-Script function which covers this? If I can get it working I will make the results available... thanks Duncan
