BC7300 programming via serial port

I cannot seem to be able to set up a configuration using TwinCAT system manager. There doesn't seem to be any option to add a BC7300 controller. Also, can the controller be programmed through its serial port (I have done with my BC8150) or do I have to use the programming port?

Any help would be much appreciated!
