Our application involves 7 belt conveyors transporting continuous product (rubber hose) through ovens at high temperatures. Currently, speeds of the slave belts are "ratioed" from the master. There is no actual belt speed feedback from the slaved belts. We are seeking simple feedback device capable of withstanding heat(500 F)and mechanical abuse to monitor actual belt speeds (not just VF drive feedback or idle roller monitor).
