Supposedly this is a fill in the blank programming language developed by GE...it's referenced in a document I'm using. Anyone know more about it?

GE 90 MICRO PLC - BICEPS may have been absorbed into this language?

Did you find any information on this? Even I found some reference to this in a manual. I am looking for some more information on the structure of this language.
