We have a gas firing boiler. We have measured %O2 in flue gas 3.5%. We have no online analyser. How we measure to maintain it at 1% level, total NG will be saved? What will the mathematical equation for it? What will be the best position for mounting zirconium type O2 analyser in flue gas duct? What will be the cost of it and what advantage and disadvantage of it from maintenance point of view?
