We have CNC turning centre with BOSCH CC100 system. We have lost the machine parameter and the machine data like PLC and we don't have any manuals of system. so please tell us how to retrive the data and parameters or how to enter the PLC and the parameter. Also where shall i get the detail manual of BOSCH CC100?

 

I have a SCM RTR with CC100m controller. I didn't lose the machine software and parameters, but I am looking for manuals. I only found the G and M function list on the web. Please let me know if you get a source for those manuals!

We are also missing some of the parameters, we can do g1, g2, g3, but any of the drilling commands don't exist, and I have troubles doing any parametric programming.

We do have manuals that we could probably copy/fax out. But I don't think the manuals are very helpful in explaining how to fix that problem.

 

I am an ex Bosch service engineer specialising in the Bosch range of CNC controls and Servo Drives and motors.

I am in desperate need for an 'AXIS Card' for my BOSCH CC 100 controller. Not sure which of the following 4 circuit boards that is (my guess that it would be the SERVO CARD.

Circuit cards in controller are:

PS 75- 10 700 47 181 (011.438)
E/A Card 24/0.1 (004.435)
SERVO CARD 5 (005.460)
CP/MEM3 (011.210 or 011.209)

Can you supply info as to where we can get these tested or purchase new ones?
