Dear Gents,

Can I build PLC control panel inside the Ex-e stainless enclosure? Let say using Bartec or Weidmuller product.
All the PLC component including terminal, fuses, etc will have Ex-e certificate as well?

Can you please to share what is critical point to do this?
The plan is, I order the Ex-e boxes and PLC separately then I will wiring the PLC inside the boxes.
The boxes will have cable entries from the manufacturing and I will not make any penetration to the boxes.

I also confuse about disipiation or rated current on the Ex-e box.
Now I have quoted Ex-e boxes with 119.462 W Power rating, brand is Abtec SX8.

If you buy empty Ex e enclosure and installed there Ex e equipment, then you have to certify it as assembled device. As usual, Ex e terminal boxes are bought assembled with all necessary equipment. If you make any changes, for example adding new terminals, then you have to get approval from manufacturer for keeping Ex e certificate legitim.
Is your PLC Ex e certified? I've never heard about that.
My advise is to use Ex d enclosure.
