i have a lot of problem to calculate the height of antenna in my project. how can i find the suitable length, and which book cn help me in this way?

 

This is long way back but antenna can be of 1/4 1/2 or 5/8 of the wave lenght ( or multiples of the wave lenght )

Are you talking about antenna length or are you trying to determine height above terrain for designing for coverage area?

There are hundreds of sources for the info you are looking to find, whatever that might be. Pick up a copy of the ARRL Antenna Handbook for some really practical approaches to antenna design, with enough theory to get you started.

What are the distances you need to transmit the signal and what frequency are you using? There are some programs that will give you an idea of what you need with some basic info. You should do a site survey to confirm the calculations.
