Calculating uncompensated flow

I have a formula for calculating UCFlow, but...
UCFlow (ACFM) = K1 * SQ Root(DP/(DENSITY * 0.371)
DP is differential pressure
K1 is ?????

What is K1?

Hi Scott,

From the flow element sizing calculations, i.e. if orifice plate, you can get nominal flow in ACFM and corresponding delta Pressure.

Flow = Constant Sq. Rt. Delta Press, etc.

K1 can be the constant of above equation, knowing flow and delta Press, constant can be calculated.

Thereafter, Constant can be used further in any DCS or PLC online flow calculations. I wish this answers.
