I need to be advised how to calculate multi-stage restriction orifice (RO), and calculation criteria. I need to provide an RO for system depressuring for emergency cases. Gas shall be vented to flare with 150kg/cm2 Diff. Pressure.
1. Multi-stage RO
I want confirm the calculation criteria of selected RO such as nos. of stage, each bore size.
2. Single plate RO
Single plate RO could be applicable or not if I ignore high noise caused "critical flow".
Please share your opinion, I am just catching at straws.
