we have an oil in water analyzers Model 6650 (teledyne) with the range of 0-200 ppm and 0-1000ppm. now we are facing problems the analyzer give erratic and large error in reading. is there somebody have an experience in calibrating and troubleshooting with this analyzer?

 

if you get an erratic reading after the unit is flushed and with pure water, then you have an electronic issue.

if it develops in service, over time then some sort of contamination of your optics is occurring.

it can also be a board electronics issue
