Calibration of Chemtrol Displacer Type Level Transmitter

Can anyone discuss regarding procedures on how to calibrate a Chemtrols Displacer Type Level Transmitter.

We are having problem discrepancy on the reading on HMI level compared to the actual using a dip stick on our tanks. HMI reading doesn't coincide with the level using the dip stick.
